Wah Gwaan!! I'm Marvett Nelson, the founder of Ja Making Me Fit, LLC (JMMF), and I'm thrilled to share my story with you.
Hailing from the vibrant country of Jamaica, I bring you the essence of Ja Making Me Fit. Born out of a fusion of my Jamaican roots and a passion for fitness, health, and style, this brand is more than just activewear – it's a lifestyle.
My journey into the world of fitness and fashion started with running track in high school and modeling as a teenager. Inspired by my own commitment to leading a healthy lifestyle and fueled by a desire to help others, I found myself sharing my wellness tips with friends and family.
💡 The Spark of Inspiration: Amidst the challenges of the COVID era, when gym doors remained shut and fitness routines were disrupted, I took matters into my own hands. I started crafting short yet impactful home workout videos, primarily catering to women over 50. It was during one of these electrifying workout sessions that the spark for Ja Making Me Fit ignited within me.
